All companies operating in the real estate industry in Portugal providing real estate investment/transaction services and advisory are regulated and licensed by IMPIC - Instituto dos Mercados Públicos do Imobiliário e da Construção. Our license to provide brokerage services is AMI-18990.

The Club is a digital hub where we provide tailor-made services to investors that need local representation (buy-side support). Members of the Investors Club have also access to investment-pool opportunities under BlackOAK management. To become a member you will need to register through the form available on this website.

Investors need to be part of the Investors Club. Our team prepares an Investment Memorandum (IM) for each project and, under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), presents it to the Investors Club Members, inviting them to take an equity share in the asset through a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV).
